I didn't realize how much preparation and effort it takes to make an estate sale run smoothly. Her team staged the items in the home, they looked wonderful and easy to access. My experience with Cambra Estate Sales and her team was stellar! They handled a difficult situation with care and compassion. I had interviewed Gail around the first of Sept. as my mother turned 101. My mother passed away towards the end of Sept and Gail started working on the house shortly thereafter. She and her crew worked tirelessly to pull items out, sort and price them. She encouraged me and my family to keep things that were sentimental to us. She was very successful in selling almost everything and then cleared and cleaned up the house. She even sold my mothers car. There were no surprises in working with Gail and her team, everyone was friendly and caring. He had thousands of comic books, a huge baseball hat collection, racing memorabilia, baseball cards, records and the list goes on. She took the time to really understand both the quality and value of the kinds of estate items within the home. She did a complete room to room photo inventory so that they could streamline the pricing of hundreds of items. My folks had a large collection of music boxes, some didn't work. Her husband John is intuitively mechanical and even disassembled and fixed the non-working ones. Gail strategically targeted online advertising and it really brought a lot of shoppers along with wonderful neighborhood signs. As a longtime school teacher I am accustomed to coordinating logistics for a large event. I would not have wanted to handle the complexities of an estate sale like this myself.
