We estimate a fair percentage, sort, organize, clean, display, price, photograph, and advertise the sale to ensure maximum profit for our clients. 


Our advertising of the sale is extensive! It includes estatesales.org, craigslist, flyers, signs, emails to our large network of dealers, collectors and the general public who shop our sales on a regular basis.


Our extensive knowledge and expertise in selling antiques and collectibles is a guarantee that every valuable item will be priced appropriately.  


At the conclusion of the estate sale, the client will know the gross amount of the sale, commissions, and any extra service fees as agreed, payable to us and the net profit to the client.


What happens to what's left? There will be items left that did not sell. However, you can choose a charity to donate the remainder of unsold items. Example: Hospice, Humane Society, Goodwill, Cancer Society, Salvation Army and others.
